If you're stuck in Portland and just want to see the rest of the city, this file might be for you. It's a 100% saved game with all missions, rampages, stunts etc. completed. Created by darkzero297, it's sure to help you out with lots of special cars in the garages, like a bulletproof Landstalker and a bulletproof avenger.

Top GTA hacker edisoncarter has also found a way to edit the game saves in Liberty City Stories, making all manner of things possible. To start with, he's issued a US game save with a helicopter stuffed in the Staunton Island garage.
